Villa Marinha at Cascais
Low and long volumetric development, it's the words I like to define this 590 sqm villa placed in the most glamorous site in Portugal- Quinta da Marinha. My key responsibilities were both the development of execution project and site management on the contractor side.
Condominum by the coastline of 22 luxurious apartments at Cascais
On the first line by the sea, the over 10.000sqm condominium was designed in a light volumetric rhythm reducing its landscape impact. Naval inspiration was my gridline on the development of the execution project and project management on the side of the client basis.
Villa Patinhas at Cascais
Magnificient villa with over 700sqm where all interior details where my design. All process starting from execution project to site management on the contractor side were my responsabilities.

Reconstruction of a Manor House at Cascais
Both execution project and site management in this amazing project, were my key responsibilities. This 1200 sqm manor house on the coastline, was completely rebuilt by the exterior regarding its original project of 1904, but the interior was fully redesigned like an contemporary ambassador residence.
Villa Pedra at Cascais
My first extensive experience as project manager. Construction drawings with a previous general blueprint was my responsability in this project. The final outcome have inspired my work in the following years.
Villa Lumiar at Lisbon
A project that still waits for economic opportunity to materialize, in a golf resort in the heart of Lisbon. This Villa has nearly 530 sqm and all creative and execution project developed by me is yet to be built.
Villa Livramento at Estoril
A small size Villa (280sqm) where a process "start from sketch" lead to great results with a lower budget. Both creative and execution projects were developed by me but the larger challenge was the project and site management- small budgets are hard to fulfil but doable as the pictures shows.
Villa Abuxarda at Cascais
One of my earliest works of execution projects, is this small villa with aprox. 230 sqm. The main idea was to achive a simple but effective contemporary program without having a felling of overweight in this small plot of land (300 sqm). I was very happy with the final result.
Villa 1C at Cascais
530 sqm in a plot near the sea at Cascais. One of my earliest projects that for lack of economical conditions of the owner still rests in my blueprints. Maybe one day, who knows this building can come thru.
